    The medical uncertainties you have to cope with in your life are just The Worst. It’s not like you are inefficient or demanding. Why can’t they stick efficiently to plans and appointments. If you lived your life again, and if I was the PM ( oh so likely), I would put you in charge of the NHS and everybody would gain thereby.

    The amazing thing is that you don’t get furious or depressed as far as I can tell.
