Jacq this is completely brilliant. It explains everything. The laughter is indeed exceptional, as Nicky Vincent pointed out, and it the interview is awesome in every way. Not least the great inroads you have made into putting things right for other people , highlighting injustices and malpractices, and trying to make sure incontinence, bladder, leaks, catheters, etc are subjects which are given the attention they need for the benefit of patients… and not swat under the carpet for being inconvenient.

There is a famous quote I am struggling to remember something about : ‘all that you need for the triumph of evil is for good men ( and women) to stand back and do nothing’ You have proved this by your crusade.
