Disconnected

Losing WiFi and mobile signal leaves me so discombobulated —much like when NHS systems falter and patients fall through the cracks.

My lack of communication is the result of another English system. Purchase and sale of house. An idea we had over a year ago to downsize , move to dream home and spend more time with family. Well it took over a year only to find vendors of dream changed their minds at the last minute. We have therefore moved into a rental which is disconnected to networks for phone, WiFi is taking forever to fix and no other means of communication other than the local pub!

NHS land is much the same. MRI request of 2023 has not been sorted. Then a ridiculous frustrating tear jerking appointment with hopeless person in Dipsticks’ team It has not been resolved. MRI cancelled. CT cancelled ( just as well as I’m allergic). Round and round in circles of ever more stupid emails. The complaints team rang me. Said nice things. Nothing has happened.

Meanwhile the anti biotic supply from Jerome keeps the bugs at bay – slightly.

But now for the good news. Daughter 2 ankle is fixed.

My knee is fixed and I’m back in the physio gym.

As for BFG his long tall baby all 63cms and 9lb 14 of him has arrived. Not without a bit of drama but he’s here and amazingly calm lovely baby.
