I’ve just trained back to London. Then tubed to asthma appointment..he’s running late. I’ve been here awhile. But gives me a chance to find my phone charger ! Believe it not there are some patients taking photos of each other drinking the free coffee! That’s weird. There’s two others laughing so much they are crying. That’s good. There’s double barrel Mrs wotsit-wotsit who has ordered a taxi on account. So we’ve all heard the passwords! Could be handy. Clinic running late so could be more in a bit!.

Another appointment tomorrow for bladderations which just will not sodding bugger away. So staying with BFG and D2 tonight. That’ll be a lot of chatter!! Supper at a place called the “First Aid Box’!!!

There’s an ad somewhere god knows where, saying “Stoptober”. I think I am still in August. I Lost September somewhere and so Stoptober seems good to me. I’ve been speaking to so many paramedics hospitals and gps…fear not.it’s not me but my Dad stuff , little O asthma, catheter trauma which-should-not-be.. friend in Jersey..neighbour brain surgery, another neighbour explaining his dreadful prognosis and how did I think he should tell his kids..? . poor everyone not fair.

My poor Dad’s story is for another time but for now a giggle. I told the paramedics over the phone, where to take him, which clinic, avoiding AandE, which doctor was waiting for him, gave them his drug list, hospital numbers etc. ( why the F***) is that not automated? Anyhow. Apparently they put the phone down and asked my mother which hospital I was a Consultant at!! She mumbled London!

The twitter bw photo idea I had went bonkers. I think it was good. But going back over the old story was hard. Seeing the amazing other photos was salutary. There are some incredibly brilliant positive patients out there .
