Having just been strip searched at Luton airport ever more reason for my catheter passport. I’m only going to Edinburgh!

Goodness I still cannot believe it. (BREXIT)

Had a commitment to a surprise party decided to go for it. Catheter. Leg bag. Stimulators. Drugs. Puncture holes from so many cannulas. Blisters on both arms from so many plasters ( yes I’m allergic to those too). Look like a very dodgy traveller Caused search! Oh Gawd.

It was when I offered to have the personal search in front of the security area queues they quickly mustered up two ladies in uniform to hustle me into a private room. As I dropped my trousers to reveal bag they hastily lowered their gaze and then raised their gaze somewhere safe above my head. They then feigned interest in Nevro and SNS ! So blindly filled in bits of paper and sent me on my way. 

 

That was good because in the time all that took Daniel had retrieved my bag full of drugs and catheter accessories my trusty iPad and phone. So all I had to do was stroll nonchalantly to the Easyjet. 

 

Quite an adventure already. They do say change as good as….?
