Tried to explain pomegranates to MJ as we swam this morning: photo is better…taken Tuesday 7th July at 101  waiting room. 

Brilliant idea of a bladder looking like a pomegranate really subtle on the headed note paper. I like it. A sort of secret code.  Silk and cyanide springs to mind. That reminded me of Box End the open water lake. MJ and I are on a get-fit-quick campaign.  I am seriously addicted. The compression suit ( wet suit) holds all the bits together. The water so chuffing ( to quote) freezing its the best pain killer invented.  And I just love it.  MJ getting to love it too. I think?
