IN summary

Started with the jet lag situation …. he had just flown in ( two hours ago from New Orleans) says he should not have planned a clinic. He is not with it.

Then talked about My ‘MRI’ results until I managed to explain I can’t have an MRI.so must be thinking of someone else.

Then pessary issue. Four week trial not sufficient proof. I agree. But I am not sure what ‘proof’ we are looking for. GP has put two in. Gyny has put one in. Did not want to put in the last one as infection. Have another appointment with GP next week.

25th Feb in hospital see AV

18th March AV in til 1 April

22nd April JR and 23 rd JO

Then suggested we try other . But this is the issue we started on ie who can do this. He was not sure A can. Said he thought a physio did that but I said no it was A V that did.

Then  he rang J there and then and asked if V could fit these. My concerns that she lives near us.. Was my original Physio.sometimes come to us socially. Really reallydont want to involve her. It’s a long story.

Letter dictated to say will try pessary from USA. Fitted by? shall I go to USA?

Not sure where can source these.

I will contact DG another Physio who may be able to help..

operation briefly discussed… 5 days in hospital then should be fine. But major surgery. Be aware of risks.
