Spinal stabilisation

Unexpectedly back in hospital again re spinal. I thought I was having a quick procedure today but Boring Ben said  it ended up being bit more and …. He thinks he’s succeeded !
So will be at Wellington Hospital at least til Thursday. Then off work for a t least 3 weeks in a back brace thing. So I’ll have time to write Christmas cards online shopping Nd much chatting on phone or with coffee!
